As mentioned in a blog post by OnePlus, despite being doubled in capacity on October 27, OnePlus servers faced several problems that prevented users from signing-in and pre-ordering the One smartphone. Other glitches experienced by buyers included Canadian customers being labelled under United States, customers accidentally ordering two handsets instead of one while some customers did not receive an order confirmation mail.
OnePlus provided answers to some frequently asked questions regarding pre-order process in a blog post. Customers that got charged for two orders can cancel one in their store account. OnePlus also says that if your order went through on PayPal but you did not get any confirmation, still you can rest easy because your order has gone through. The company says that it can take up to 72 hours for confirmation emails to go out.
