Update: Motorola has started selling individual bands for the Moto 360 smart watch. The bands are available in both metal and leather. The leather bands are priced at $29.99 each, and the metal bands cost $79.99 each. The leather bands are available in black, stone and cognac varieties, while the stainless steel bands come in light or dark shades.
The metal bands have a butterfly clasp, tri-link design, and are made of solid stainless steel of the “highest quality.” The leather comes from Horween, a tannery in the United States. Recently, Motorola has launched another version of their Moto 360 smart watch. The latest one is the Slim Steel version, and it comes with a thinner watch strap than the original metal version.

It’s time for a watch that looks and feels great and gives you the information you need, when you need it. – That’s how Motorola introduces this. But for the features given, it’s nothing really new. But the final point – it’s going to be Android in the end, so you are going to see a lot of possibilities with this. As for the Moto 360 showcased by the company, it would let you keep up with time and date, and would keep you updated with the stuff you wanted to know on time. There are various alerts and notifications shown on the smart watch, and with the twist of the wrist, you would be able to see a lot other details such as the next meeting, latest social updates from your friends etc.
Just like you saw on the Moto X, the Moto 360 would respond to the voice commands, where saying “Ok Google” is enough to wake it up and make it ready to listen to your command. There is a lot you can ask, from your flight details to a live score, from scheduling an appointment to setting an alarm. It’s more like the features of the smartphone getting into the smartwatch, and that’s where the advancement in the technology is seen.
